* Definition of terms

1. "SJ" refers to Sugoi Japan.
2. "Customers" refers to the persons that acknowledge the Terms of Service and view or use SJ's site and its service.
3. "Service" refers to the transaction service SJ provide for customers.
4. "Sellers" refers to the Yahoo! Japan Auction sellers, Japanese online shops, local markets and wholesellers.

* Privacy Policy

Protecting the privacy of our customers is imperial to Sugoi Japan.

 

Information we collect:
When you order, we will ask for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, so that we can process your orders and notify you your order status. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop SJ's design and layout.

 

How we use information:
We currently use the information we collect to process orders. We may use the information to notify you changes to SJ's website, our latest services, special offers, new products or any other marketing activities. If you don't need this kind of information, you can always contact us.

* Translation

Google Translation is partially used on our website. We will not be responsible for contents translated by Google Translation.

 

* Our services are

1. Deputy purchase: We purchase customers' requested items on behalf of them.

2. Deputy selling: We sell customers' requested items on behalf of them.

3. Online money purchase: We purchase online money such as Webmoney and Bitcash on behalf of them.

* Purchase of products

SJ begins a purchasing process after payments are confirmed. For auction, the payment needs to be received within 24 hours before the auction closes. If we don't receive the payment by the deadline, the order will be cancelled automatically.

 

* Payment

SJ accepts payment by Paypal and Bank transfer. In case of a Bank transfer, the amount we receive in our account has to be the same as the invoiced amount. The sender must bear all bank transfer fees.

 

* Item Inspection

Prior to shipping, SJ checks every item to see it is the right product. However, we do not check if the item works or not or assess if the customer will be satisfied with it.

 

* Temporary storage

SJ provides a temporary storage option in case customers want to buy more and have all the items packed in the same package. Ask us for more details.

 

* Shipping

SJ highly recommends EMS as it comes with insurance and a tracking number. If you would like a cheaper method please ask us for other options.

 

* Duties and Customs

Please check import policies of your country for duties and taxes.

Customers must bear duties, taxes and/or other charges in order to receive the package.

 

* Return and exchange

SJ will return or exchange items if the item is wrong or different from how it's listed or advertised on the shop/auction site.

In a case that the seller does not comply with SJ's request, we will notify the customer by email and refund the deposit in full through Paypal (Paypal fee may be incurred according to your account type).

Neither return nor exchange of goods are accepted at a customer's convenience.
